I have been attending for around six months now and feel great, the instabilities in my shoulders are gone, the rest of my body is stronger / more stable/flexible and most importantly the pain is gone. The staff explain why, how, what each exercise does. Allowing you to pick up on bad/poor habits and self correct in normal life. Definitely worth checking out and having a chat to them, I certain you won't be disappointed.

I have found all but 2 to be amazingly professional, polite, friendly and helpful so much!
Can not thank Tim enough for all his assistance and that even when things didn't seem to be improving...never once has he given up but instead keeps researching further options in the hope that something will work.
Love that the entire complex is fully wheelchair accessible but the only downfall is that the doors into the complex are not very wheelchair friendly....they are not automatic so usually I require assistance in and out of the facility. But staff are ALWAYS happy to help!
Reception staff which are your initial contact are also very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
Highly recommend this business!!!!
