In this current climate of supply and demand we all have to understand the constraints that suppliers have. I cannot register the welder unit warranty because Kemppi website tells me contact the seller to register it. TOM is the person I made the purchase with and up till now after continuous text messages to his mobile phone no reply. Communication skills not to my standards. I will never purchase from this company again. I'm taking this matter up with Kemppi Australia Head Quarters to resolve.

I have had to sent 2 emails & a phone to receive an ambiguous reply email that really didn't explain clearly what was happening to my order & then no follow up from my reply email. Very very very poor communication skills. Will never use this business again.
