That was a month ago, today I called about my gas heater, on explaining the problem he told me to call the gas company and what to ask- without charge. Again....very pleased!! They turned up loudly banging on the door just as I happened to be stopping by. I then had to completely throw my day out the window to accommodate them and greatly inconvenience colleagues and clients.
