  Recently took my new Wildtrak in for its 15000km service and a recall on the roller shutter which was working fine at the time.
  
  Asked for someone look at the power outlets in the tub and cab as they were not working.
  
  Collected the car. Told the rear roller shutter needed a part that has been ordered and the power outlets had been fixed.
  
  Went to go away a few days later to find the roller shutter wasn’t working at all (was working fine before the dealership played with it) and the power outlets in the cab still not working.
  
  Called the dealership and was complete brushed off by someone who told me the part for the roller was on order. I tried to explain the roller door was working fine before it went in and now it’s not working at all. Tried to explain they had charged me for work that hadn’t been done. Dealership didn’t want to hear what I had to say and told me they will call me back in 20min. Never received a call and 2 weeks later I still have a new car with stuff that doesn’t work. Clearly this dealership has no integrity.

  After having my car serviced for a recall fuel tank issue, my car battery was flat when I went to pick it up. This was strange as I had never had any previous battery issues and the car had been stationary for only 5 days, so it was likely that when being serviced a light had been left on or equivalent. I was given a jump start and told to drive my car around for a while to run the battery. The next morning my car would not start again. After calling Ford and requesting help seeing as the issue stemmed from their service, I was told this was not possible. After a 2nd call I was told that if I could get my car there they may be able to have a look at it but no promises. There was a distinct lack of care and obvious avoidance of the problem. I was very disappointed with the blatant disregard and terrible customer service. I ended up having to call NRMA as they were able to send someone to me.

  Ordered a new Wildtrak while waiting for it to arrive I took my Hilux in for a trade in valuation.
  The used car guys low balled me 10k lower than I had been offered at another dealership.
  I canceled my new car order and went to the other dealership.
  Trying to be greedy cost this dealership a 70k sale.
  Shop around it was well worth it.

  Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Take your money elsewhere.
  
  Sales rep could manage to call me three times a day when considering purchasing but as soon as the contract was signed that was the end of it.
  Had to chase him on the day of delivery to arrange handover and chased him for three months for accessories to be fitted. Emailed, no response. Called, never got back to me. Texted, no response. Went in in person, did nothing and said he'd get back to me, never did. Finally the day comes to get my bullbar fitted and there's no booking because he got the day wrong. Called him and left a message.... No response, no apology, nothing.

  Took my 2012 Ranger in after another dealer had told me the turbo was blown and was going to cost $3200 to fix. Shane and his service team looked it over, did their thing and fixed it... costing me $190. Good to see someone still understanding the meaning of the word "service".
