  Shambolic at best.
  
  Purchased my vehicle here years ago.
  
  Made an online enquiry on website about organising a replacement key. No response to email so I drove to the service centre, paid the cost of the the replacement key fob and labour. Made a booking for a Tuesday only to find out it had been made for a Thursday. I made it work though and brought the car out on that day around 8:30am. Received a call 4:30pm to say their computer was down and they couldn't do it so frustrated but understanding I rescheduled.
  
  I returned my car back on the argeed day and received another call to say the tech cut the key wrong and they'd have to order another. No apology, only seemed upset that it was going cost them more to replace the key. They delivered my spare key and car back to my home but left the fob sliding part off my spare fob back at the office.
  I called the office one two separate occasions and was told the officer would call me. After a few hours fed up, I drove back to retrieve the part missing only to be told they lost it and have to order it in too. Received a half hearted apology that didn't feel at all sincere.
  
  I understand mistakes happen, but this is nothing short of farsical. From the get go, the service was been poor and far below expectation. No idea when the new fob and replacement part for my spare key fob will arrive. Really disappointed.

  I bought a ford transit custom from this dealer as I am interstate needed it shipped to Adelaide. It took 6 weeks to get it here and in that time there was no communication from the dealer or the transport company they use. I run a small business and needed the vehicle to keep up with my workload, as it took so long to get here I had to organise another vehicle until it arrived at extra cost to myself.
  When I communicated this to the dealer about some sort of compensation they fell silent, they where very happy to take my money but after that crickets.
  It would have been nice to have been kept in the loop more other than being told to call the transport company. Also my van had a dent in the back door that wasn’t described or shown in the photos very disappointing experience

  Would not recommend this car yard at all. Besides Kristy the service is so disappointing. We spent a lot of money on a car and was stuffed around. Picked car up and it was a bad experience. I could go on but won’t go there. Horrible sad experience for my family.

  I recently got a new car through Goulburn country motors and dealt with Jesse. Jesse was fantastic and so helpful in helping me get a new car as my old one chucked it in. Jesse took the time to take me through the features and set up everything I needed to on delivery. I would highly recommend Jesse and Goulburn county motors if you are looking for your next car.
