    Arrived 9.30pm Christmas night without a booking, very kind and helpful staff. Basic but very clean and neat rooms. Shower good, smart tv in room. As long as you don't mind some parts of hotel being renovated the place is great and cheap.

    Extremely DISAPPOINTING experience! Very unprofessional and rude staff, noisy and dirty facilities. Front door doesn't open properly and is a potential death trap if you need to leave in an emergency. We were told we booked 2 rooms (turned out to be an administrative error on their behalf) and asked to move rooms in addition to other things. NOT RECOMMENDED!

    This hotel is not ready yet because renovation is still underway. Naturally it is disorganised yet.. which negatively affect guest’s experience as we pay for the services! However, effort is visible on their end to make it a good hotel…..!!!

    It was the worst hotel experience that I ever had. The staffs were very rude and incompetent, they can't even differentiate two people with same Asian surname are two totally different person. Therefore in the process of checking, they put us in a wrong room as a result, later they asked us to move into another room forcefully. Without any apologies to say they have made a mistake by mixing up me with someone else, they blamed me for double booking two rooms, which is not true. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there, you should just stay away from them.

    I would give them 0 stars if possible, it has been a truly horrible experience. With its incompetent and extremely rude staff, the place is basically a building site. Completely overpriced and very low value for money. Not recommended!
